Amigurumi Hedgehog Crochet Pattern Free

Instructions;
Round 1
Using larger hook and body color:

5sc in adjustable loop – do not wring yet

Do a bobble in the loop as follows:

Turn the thread over and pull out the next sc as usual (3 on the hook)
Thread and thread through the last 2 loops on the hook (2 remaining on the hook)
Thread the thread and pull it through the same hole (on 4 hooks)

Thread and thread through the last 2 loops on the hook (3 remaining on the hook)
Thread the thread and pull it through the same hole (5 on the hook)

Thread and pull through the last 2 loops on the hook (4 remaining on the hook)

Turn the thread over and pull it out of the same hole (on the hook 6)

Thread and pull through the last 2 loops on the hook (5 remaining on the hook)

Thread the thread and pull it through the same hole (7 on the hook)

Thread and thread through the last 2 loops on the hook (6 remaining on the hook)

Thread the thread and pull it through the 6 loops on the hook

Make sure Bobble is pushed forward every time

Tighten the starting loop as usual = 5sc and 1 bobble

Circuit 2
2sc (and bobble) = 12sc in each sc of the round
Round 3
(1sc, bobble) 6 times = 6sc and 6 bobble
Round 4
2sc = 24sc each
Round 5
(1sc, bobble) 12 times = 12sc and 12 bobble
Round 6
24sc
Round 7
(1sc, bobble) 12 times = 12sc and 12 bobble
Round 8

23 HDC all the way and slide the stitch over the chain 2

Place 24sc from the back (to the left of the HDC pole – but not the pole) in the following order and change to the nose color thread in the last sc that captures the ends in the next round.

Switch to smaller hook
24sc inside the two laps (sc from the last lap)

(2tog, 5sc) 3 times

Round 21
2tog then finish by cutting the thread and threading a needle, picking the outer wire of the last 6sc and gently pulling it up. If your needle is long enough, pull the tip out of the body, turn it and pull it up until the nose is the shape you want and fix it tightly.
Embroider a nose and eyes with black or brown wool and you’re done. !
